Citrus IPA Dry Brine



One 7.5oz bag will brine one 12-14lb turkey, or 3-4 whole chickens! 

Rub generously over your bird and let sit uncovered overnight, or up to 24 hours in fridge.  Before cooking, thoroughly rinse and pat dry.  Season as desired and let sit for about 30 minutes.  Lastly, rub bird with oil, butter or mayo, getting under the breast skin too.  Cook your turkey as desired.  Enjoy!
